21 Days of Prayer for January 2017
Jesus said, “My house will be called a house of prayer” (Matthew 21:13 NIV). Scripture tells us that the early church was “devoted to prayer” (Acts 1:14, 2:42, 6:4). It is the desire of the Father that every church today be the same. Becoming a people devoted to prayer requires more than programs and good intentions. It requires a faithful, intentional obedience in seeking the Father daily. This week, we invite you to join us daily as we petition the Father that our churches would be “houses of prayer” and that as individuals we would be devoted to prayer.

"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us - whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of him." 1 John 5: 14-15.
The purpose of our prayer ministry team is to actively encourage and promote prayer within the life of the church.
OUR MISSION is to inspire our church family to value, exercise and promote the practice or prayer.
OUR VISION is that prayer would be a lifestyle. The core of who we are is praying people, seeking God’s presence.
OUR GOAL is that every member is a praying member. Prayer is foundational. We believe in an all powerful God who loves to answer prayer.
By being open and responsive to the working of the Holy Spirit, we pray that God's love, guidance and healing power would be released for the benefit of His people and to His glory. We expect the Spirit to guide our prayers and give words of wisdom, knowledge and comfort.
We encourage you to submit any prayer needs, big or small to this e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and thank you for visiting our prayer ministry page. Please know that your requests are prayed over by intercessory prayer warriors and people who love to pray on the behalf of others.
"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them". (Matthew 19:19-20 - KJV)
"Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." Hebrews 4:16.
